of <h1>India Amends Integrated Tax Notification: Clause Update from '151' to '5' in CGST Rules Effective February 2019.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 02/2019 - Integrated Tax to amend Notification No. 7/2017-Integrated Tax dated 14th September 2017. This amendment aligns with the revised Annexure to Rule 138(14) of the CGST Rules, 2017. Specifically, in the proviso of clause (b), the figure '151' is replaced with '5.' This change is enacted under the powers conferred by section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and will take effect from 1st February 2019.
