of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Amends GST Act Section 128: Waives Late Fees for GSTR-1 Filings from July 2017 to September 2018.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, under the authority of section 128 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 4/2018-State Tax. The amendment introduces a provision waiving the late fee for registered persons who did not submit their outward supply details in FORM GSTR-1 for the period from July 2017 to September 2018 by the original deadline. This waiver applies if the details are submitted between December 22, 2018, and March 31, 2019. This change is effective as per the notification issued by the Excise and Taxation Department.
