of <h1>New Full-Time Member Appointed to SEBI for Three-Year Term u/s 4 of SEBI Act, 1992.</h1> The Central Government has appointed an individual as a full-time Member of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). This appointment is made under the authority of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, along with the relevant rules regarding the terms and conditions of service for SEBI's Chairman and Members. The appointee will serve a term of three years from the date of assuming office. This notification was issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Capital Market Division, on February 29, 2000.
