of <h1>Puducherry Tax Department Sets Electronic Filing Deadline for FORM GSTR-3B: Due by 20th of Following Month.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department has issued a notification regarding the filing of FORM GSTR-3B for the period from July 2018 to March 2019. According to the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and the Puducherry Goods and Services Act, 2017, the Commissioner of State Tax specifies that these returns must be filed electronically by the 20th of the month following the reporting month. Registered persons must settle their tax liabilities, including tax, interest, penalties, and fees, by debiting their electronic cash or credit ledger by the specified due date.
