of <h1>Puducherry Amends GST Rules for GSTR-3B Filing; Taxpayers Must Submit Returns for July 2017-Nov 2018 by Dec 31, 2018.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department has amended two previous notifications concerning the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. These amendments pertain to the filing of the GSTR-3B return for taxpayers with a Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) obtained under a specific notification. The affected period for these returns is from July 2017 to November 2018, and they must be submitted electronically via the common portal by December 31, 2018. The amendments are based on the recommendations of the Council and are executed by the Commissioner of State Tax, Puducherry.
