of <h1>Puducherry extends FORM GSTR-3B filing deadline for September 2018 to October 25 u/r 61(5) and section 168.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department has announced an extension for the filing deadline of FORM GSTR-3B for September 2018. The new deadline is set for October 25, 2018. This extension is made under the authority of sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in conjunction with section 168 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Act, 2017. The amendment to the previous notification, dated August 10, 2018, allows taxpayers additional time to submit their returns electronically via the common portal.
