<h1>Deadline Extended for Filing GSTR-1 in Srikakulam and Tamil Nadu Districts Under CGST Act 2017 Amendment.</h1> The notification extends the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-1 for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover above 1.5 crores in Srikakulam district, Andhra Pradesh, and 11 districts in Tamil Nadu. Taxpayers in Srikakulam must file for September and October 2018 by November 30, 2018. Taxpayers in Tamil Nadu's specified districts must file for October 2018 by December 20, 2018. This amendment follows the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and modifies a previous notification from September 10, 2018.
