of <h1>Karnataka extends deadline for cancelled GST registrations to file final GSTR-10 returns by December 31, 2018.</h1> The Government of Karnataka, under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has extended the deadline for taxpayers whose registration was cancelled on or before September 30, 2018. These individuals are now required to submit their final return in FORM GSTR-10 by December 31, 2018. This extension is issued under the authority of Section 148 of the Act, in conjunction with Section 45 and Rule 81 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, following recommendations from the Council. The notification is authorized by the Finance Department of Karnataka.
