of <h1>New Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies Set by CBIC, Effective November 16, 2018, Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> Notification No. 93/2018 issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs on November 15, 2018, establishes new exchange rates for converting specified foreign currencies into Indian Rupees for imported and exported goods, effective November 16, 2018. This supersedes the previous Notification No. 90/2018. The rates are detailed in two schedules: Schedule I lists rates for individual foreign currencies like the US Dollar, Euro, and others, while Schedule II provides rates for 100 units of the Japanese Yen. These rates are set under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962.
