of <h1>Gujarat Finance Dept amends Notification No.60/2018: Clause 4(b) now requires 'undertaking' instead of 'application.</h1> In the Government Notification No.60/2018-State Tax issued by the Finance Department of Gujarat on 30th October 2018, a corrigendum has been made. Specifically, in clause 4, sub-clause (b), the text has been amended to replace 'furnish an application to the effect' with 'furnish an undertaking to the effect.' This change is officially documented by the Joint Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, dated 12th November 2018.
