of <h1>Notification Rescinds Anti-Dumping Measures on Isobutyl Benzene Imports from China; No Injury to Domestic Industry Found.</h1> Notification No. 81/2000-Customs, dated 29th May 2000, rescinds Notification No. 36/98-Customs, dated 26th June 1998, concerning the import of Isobutyl Benzene from China. The Designated Authority concluded that although Isobutyl Benzene was exported to India below its normal value, the domestic industry did not suffer any material injury during the investigation period. Consequently, the Central Government, using its powers under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, has annulled the previous notification, maintaining the status of actions taken prior to this rescission.
