of <h1>Punjab Extends FORM GST TRAN-1 Deadline to January 31, 2019, for Technical Issues u/r 117(1A.</h1> The Punjab Department of Excise and Taxation has extended the deadline for submitting the FORM GST TRAN-1 declaration under rule 117(1A) of the Punjab Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is applicable to registered individuals who faced technical difficulties on the common portal and were unable to meet the original deadline. The new deadline for submission is now set for January 31, 2019. This decision follows recommendations by the Council and is enacted under the authority granted by the relevant provisions of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
