These returns are due by the 20th of the month following the reporting period. Tax liabilities, including taxes, interest, penalties, and fees, must be settled by debiting the electronic cash or credit ledger by the specified due date. The notification is issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, based on recommendations from the GST Council.
