of <h1>Kerala GST Dept Amends Notification: GSTR-3B Returns for July & August 2018 Due by 5th, 10th October.</h1> The Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department issued an amendment to Notification No. 7/2018-State Tax, dated 13th August 2018. Under the authority of section 168 of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 61 of the associated rules, the Commissioner, following the Council's recommendations, mandates that the GSTR-3B returns for July and August 2018 must be submitted electronically via the common portal by 5th October 2018 and 10th October 2018, respectively.
