of <h1>Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling Established in Union Territories under GST Act, 2017; Members Appointed for Each Territory.</h1> The Central Government has established the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling in various Union territories under the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification lists the members appointed to the authority for each territory, including Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Lakshadweep. Each authority comprises a Chief Commissioner of Central Tax and a local GST Commissioner. This notification took effect upon its publication in the official Gazette.
