of <h1>Nagaland Extends Deadline for FORM GST ITC-01 Submission by 30 Days for March 2018 Applications u/s 168.</h1> The Government of Nagaland has issued Notification 15/2018, extending the deadline for specified taxpayers to submit the declaration in FORM GST ITC-01 under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension applies to registered individuals who filed applications in FORM GST-CMP-04 between March 2, 2018, and March 31, 2018. The new deadline is extended by thirty days from the notification's publication date in the Official Gazette. This action is taken under section 168 of the Nagaland GST Act and rule 40 of the Nagaland GST Rules, 2017.
