of <h1>Chhattisgarh Amends GST Notification: GSTR-3B for July 2018 Due by August 24, 2018, per Section 168 and Rule 61(5).</h1> The Chhattisgarh Government, through its Commercial Tax Department, issued an amendment to Notification No. 34/2018-State Tax, dated August 10, 2018, under Notification No. 35/2018-State Tax. This amendment, made under the authority of Section 168 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 61(5) of the Chhattisgarh GST Rules, 2017, stipulates that the GSTR-3B return for July 2018 must be submitted electronically via the common portal by August 24, 2018. The amendment was enacted by the order of the Governor of Chhattisgarh.
