of <h1>Jharkhand Govt Sets GSTR-1 Filing Deadlines for Small Businesses Under GST Act Section 148.</h1> The Jharkhand Government, under section 148 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued Notification No. 33/2018, prescribing due dates for registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to file details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1. The specified deadlines are: July-September 2018 by 31st October 2018, October-December 2018 by 31st January 2019, and January-March 2019 by 30th April 2019. The notification is effective from 10th August 2018, with further deadlines for other sections to be announced in the Official Gazette.
