of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Sets GSTR-3B Filing Deadlines for July 2018-March 2019; File by 20th of Each Month.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh's Excise and Taxation Department has issued Notification No. 34/2018-State Tax, prescribing the due dates for filing FORM GSTR-3B for the months from July 2018 to March 2019. Under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, returns must be filed electronically by the 20th of the month following the reporting month. Registered persons must pay any tax liabilities, including interest, penalties, and fees, by debiting their electronic cash or credit ledger by the specified due date. This directive is issued by the Principal Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department.
