of <h1>Himachal Pradesh GST Act: Special GSTR-1 Filing Deadlines for Small Businesses Announced for 2018-2019 Quarters.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh, under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has notified registered persons with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to follow a special procedure for furnishing details of outward supply of goods or services in FORM GSTR-1. For the quarter July-September 2018, details must be submitted by 31st October 2018; for October-December 2018, by 31st January 2019; and for January-March 2019, by 30th April 2019. Deadlines for other returns under sections 38 and 39 will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
