of <h1>Karnataka Sets Quarterly GSTR-1 Due Dates for Small Taxpayers u/s 148 of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Karnataka, under Section 148 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification prescribing the due dates for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crores to furnish FORM GSTR-1 quarterly. For the quarter July to September 2018, the due date is 31st October 2018; for October to December 2018, it is 31st January 2019; and for January to March 2019, it is 30th April 2019. Further details on the time limits for other returns will be announced in the Official Gazette.
