of <h1>Punjab GST Notification Amended: Deadline Extended to June 30, 2018 for Compliance u/s 11.</h1> The Government of Punjab has issued an amendment to Notification No. S.O.32/P.A.5/2017/S.11/2017, originally dated June 30, 2017, under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective May 21, 2018, extends the date mentioned in the original notification from March 31, 2018, to June 30, 2018. This change was made by the Governor of Punjab, following recommendations from the Council, and is deemed necessary in the public interest. The amendment was authorized by the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner (Taxation) of the Department of Excise and Taxation.
