of <h1>India Extends GSTR-6 Filing Deadline for Input Service Distributors to September 30, 2018, under CGST Act Sections 39(6) & 168.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 30/2018 - Central Tax, dated July 30, 2018, under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification extends the deadline for Input Service Distributors to file FORM GSTR-6 for the period from July 2017 to August 2018. The new deadline is set for September 30, 2018. This extension is made under the authority granted by section 39(6) and section 168 of the Act and supersedes the previous notification No. 25/2018-Central Tax dated May 31, 2018.
