of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Amends GST Notification to Include Priority Sector Lending Certificates Effective May 28, 2018.</h1> The Government of Himachal Pradesh has issued Notification No. 11/2018-State Tax (Rate) amending Notification No. 4/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated 30th June 2017. Effective from 28th May 2018, the amendment adds a new entry under Sr. No. 7 concerning Priority Sector Lending Certificates. This entry applies to any registered person as both the supplier and recipient of goods, under any chapter, in accordance with the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification was authorized by the Principal Secretary of the Excise and Taxation Department.
