of <h1>CBIC Notification 63/2018: New Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies in Imports/Exports Effective 20th July 2018.</h1> Notification No. 63/2018 issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs on 19th July 2018, under the Customs Act, 1962, sets the exchange rates for converting specified foreign currencies into Indian Rupees for import and export purposes. Effective from 20th July 2018, the rates are listed in two schedules. Schedule I details rates for individual foreign currencies like the US Dollar, Euro, and Australian Dollar, while Schedule II specifies the rate for 100 units of the Japanese Yen. This notification supersedes the previous Notification No. 60/2018, except for actions taken before this update.
