of <h1>Goa Amends GST Notification; Introduces Entry 7 for Priority Sector Lending Certificates Effective May 28, 2018.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended its previous notification dated June 30, 2017, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from May 28, 2018, introduces a new entry under the notification. This entry, numbered 7, pertains to the supply of Priority Sector Lending Certificates, applicable to any registered person as both the supplier and recipient. This change is made following the recommendations of the Council and is issued by the Under Secretary of Finance, Revenue and Control Division, on behalf of the Governor of Goa.
