of <h1>Goa Sets Up Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling Under GST Act 2017, Effective June 11, 2018.</h1> The Government of Goa has established the Goa Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This authority comprises the Commissioner of State Tax, Goa State, and the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, Pune Zone, as its members. The notification, issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, is effective immediately as of June 11, 2018.
