of <h1>Assam Government Rescinds 2018 GST Notification u/s 164; Changes Effective Retroactively from February 2, 2018.</h1> The Government of Assam, under the authority of the Governor and in accordance with section 164 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has rescinded the previous notification No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-II/99 dated February 1, 2018. This rescission applies to actions taken or omitted prior to this decision. The notification is considered effective from February 2, 2018. The order was issued by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, Finance Department.
