Tripura Establishes Appellate Authority for GST Advance Rulings u/s 99 of State GST Act 2017.

The Government of Tripura, under the authority of Section 99 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has established the Tripura Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax. This authority comprises the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, CGST, and the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, SGST. The notification, issued by the Principal Secretary of the Finance Department, will take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
