of <h1>National Company Law Tribunal Jaipur Bench Established for Rajasthan, Effective July 1, 2018, per Companies Act, 2013 Amendment.</h1> The Central Government, under the Companies Act, 2013, has established the National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench, effective July 1, 2018. This amendment modifies the previous notification dated June 1, 2016. In the updated notification, the entry for the State of Rajasthan is removed from serial number 1 and added as a new entry under serial number 11, designating the Jaipur Bench for the State of Rajasthan. This change is officially documented in the Gazette of India and was facilitated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
