of <h1>Bihar GST Notification S.O. 141 Rescinds Previous S.O. 5; Effective Immediately, Preserves Past Actions.</h1> The Government of Bihar's Commercial Taxes Department issued Notification No. S.O. 141 on February 3, 2018, under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification rescinds the previous Notification No. S.O. 5, dated January 2, 2018, except for actions already taken or omitted under it. The rescission is effective from the date of issue of this notification.
