of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Government Revokes 2018 Tax Notification u/s 164 of GST Act, Effective April 25, 2018.</h1> The State Government of Arunachal Pradesh has rescinded the notification issued by the Department of Tax and Excise on March 29, 2018, which was published in the Arunachal Pradesh Extra-ordinary Gazette. This action is taken under the authority of Section 164 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The rescission is formalized through Notification No. GST/50/2017/396, dated April 23, 2018, and will be effective from April 25, 2018.
