of <h1>Bihar Amends GST Notification: New Entry on Priority Sector Lending Certificates for Registered Suppliers and Recipients Effective May 2018.</h1> The Bihar Government's Commercial Tax Department has issued Notification No. 11/2018-State Tax (Rate), amending the previous Notification No. 4/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated 29th June 2017. Under the powers of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, a new entry has been added to the notification. This entry, labeled as Serial No. 7, pertains to Priority Sector Lending Certificates, applicable to any registered person as both the supplier and recipient of goods. The amendment takes effect from 28th May 2018.
