of <h1>Nagaland Authorizes NACIN to Conduct GST Practitioner Exams u/s 48 of GST Act 2017, Rule 83(3.</h1> The Commissioner of State Taxes, Nagaland, has issued a notification designating the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN) as the authorized body to conduct examinations for GST Practitioners. This decision is made under the authority of section 48 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 83 of the Nagaland GST Rules, 2017, following recommendations from the Council. The notification is identified as 9/2018 and is dated 28th May 2018.
