of <h1>Nagaland Extends GSTR-3B Filing Deadline for April 2018 to May 22 u/s 168, Rule 61(5) Amendments.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, issued Notification 8/2018 on May 18, 2018, to amend a previous notification (No. 3/2018 dated March 23, 2018). This amendment extends the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-3B for April 2018 from May 20, 2018, to May 22, 2018. The change is made under the authority of section 168 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council.
