of <h1>Gujarat Designates National Academy to Conduct GST Practitioner Exam u/s 48, Rule 83.</h1> Notification No. 24/2018, issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat State, designates the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics as the authority to conduct the GST Practitioner (GSTP) examination. This decision is made under the authority granted by section 48 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 83 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, based on the Council's recommendations. The notification was dated May 28, 2018, and pertains to the Gujarat SGST.
