of <h1>Gujarat GST Notification Amends Reverse Charge Rules for Priority Sector Lending Certificates Effective from May 28, 2018.</h1> The Government of Gujarat, under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued Notification No. 11/2018-State Tax (Rate) on May 28, 2018. This notification amends a previous notification dated June 30, 2017, by adding a new entry for the reverse charge mechanism applicable to Priority Sector Lending Certificates. Under this amendment, any registered person supplying or receiving Priority Sector Lending Certificates will be subject to reverse charge, as specified in the newly inserted serial number and entries. This change is made on the recommendations of the GST Council and is issued by the Finance Department of Gujarat.
