of <h1>Power Grid's 5-Year, 15% Secured Redeemable Bonds Specified Under Section 80L of the Income-tax Act 1961</h1> The Central Government has specified the 5-year, 15% taxable Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds (II Series Issue) issued by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited under section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961. These bonds, with serial numbers ranging from B 0000001 to B 2360000, total Rs. 236 crores. This specification is made under the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 80L, as per Notification No. S.O.481(E) dated June 23, 1994.
