of <h1>Maharashtra extends GSTR-3B filing deadline for April 2018 from May 20 to May 22 u/s 168, rule 61(5).</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra, has extended the deadline for filing GSTR-3B for April 2018 from May 20, 2018, to May 22, 2018. This amendment was made under the authority of section 168 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 61(5) of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The change was recommended by the Council and modifies the previous notification dated March 27, 2018.
