of <h1>Nagaland GST Rules Amended: Tax Notification Now Applies to Goods Over Rs. 50,000, Not All Taxable Goods.</h1> Notification No. 7/2018, issued by the Government of Nagaland's Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, amends Notification-2/2018 dated February 9, 2018. Under the authority of Rule 138, sub-rule 14, clause (d) of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the amendment changes the requirement from 'for all taxable goods of any value' to 'value of goods exceeding fifty thousand rupees.' This adjustment specifies that the notification applies only to goods with a value over fifty thousand rupees.
