of <h1>Telangana forms Appellate Authority for GST Advance Rulings, led by Chief Commissioner and State Tax Commissioner.</h1> The Government of Telangana, under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has established the Telangana State Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax. The authority comprises two members: the Chief Commissioner of Hyderabad Zone and the Commissioner of State Tax from the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes. The committee will operate from the Office of the Commissioner of State Tax in Hyderabad. This notification was issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government on April 27, 2018.
