        E Way Bill rules commencement set retroactively; specified rules declared effective while a sub rule is excluded. The Governor appoints the 1st day of April, 2018 as the date from which rule 2 (other than sub rule (7)) and rules 3 to 12 of Notification No. FTX.56/2017/Pt-III/93 shall come into force, and declares this notification to be deemed issued on the 23rd of March, 2018.
