of <h1>Delhi Government Rescinds 2018 GST Notification; Effective Retroactively from March 7, 2018, Per Notification No. 13/2018.</h1> The Government of Delhi rescinded its previous notification No. 6/2018-State Tax, dated February 23, 2018, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This action, recommended by the Council and executed by the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, was formalized in Notification No. 13/2018-State Tax, dated April 18, 2018. The rescission applies to actions taken or omitted before the rescission and is effective from March 7, 2018.
