of <h1>Rajasthan extends deadline for FORM GST TRAN-2 submission to June 30, 2018 u/r 117 of GST Rules 2017.</h1> The Rajasthan Commercial Taxes Department has extended the deadline for submitting the statement in FORM GST TRAN-2 under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Initially set under sub-clause (iii) of clause (h) of sub-rule (4) of rule 117, the new deadline is now June 30, 2018. This extension is authorized by the Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, based on recommendations from the Council.
