of <h1>Meghalaya extends deadline for FORM GST TRAN-2 submission to June 2018 u/r 117(4)(b)(iii) of GST Rules.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya has extended the deadline for submitting the statement in FORM GST TRAN-2 under rule 117(4)(b)(iii) of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is granted under the authority of section 168 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following recommendations from the Council. The new deadline for submission is set for June 2018. This decision was formalized by the Additional Chief Secretary of the Excise, Registration, Taxation & Stamps Department on March 28, 2018.
