These officers, listed in a schedule, are responsible for implementing the E-way Bill as per section 68 of the Act and rule 138B of the Maharashtra GST Rules, 2017. The designated officers include Joint Commissioners from various divisions such as Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, Nashik, Jalgaon, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Nanded, and Amravati. Their powers and duties are subject to conditions set by the Commissioner.
