of <h1>Kanpur Nagar Court Named Special Court for Fast-Tracking Serious Offenses Under Companies Act, 2013, Section 435(1.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has designated the 9th Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge in Kanpur Nagar as a Special Court for Uttar Pradesh. This designation is made under the authority of section 435(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, with the agreement of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Allahabad. The Special Court will handle the speedy trial of offenses under the Act that are punishable with imprisonment of two years or more.
