<h1>Tamil Nadu extends FORM GSTR-5A deadline for July-Sept 2017 to Nov 20 for foreign online service providers.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax in Tamil Nadu has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-5A for July, August, and September 2017. This extension applies to those providing online information and database access or retrieval services from outside India to non-taxable online recipients, as specified in the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline for filing these returns is November 20, 2017. This notification is retroactively effective from September 15, 2017.
