<h1>Tamil Nadu extends GSTR-4 filing deadline for composition suppliers to November 15 u/ss 39(6) and 168.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax in Tamil Nadu has extended the deadline for composition suppliers to file their GSTR-4 returns for the quarter of July to September 2017. Initially due earlier, the new deadline is set for November 15, 2017. This extension is issued under the authority of section 39(6) and section 168 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, in conjunction with rule 62 of the Tamil Nadu GST Rules, 2017.
