of <h1>Tamil Nadu GST ITC-01 Deadline Extended to October 31, 2017 for July-September Claims u/s 18(1.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax in Tamil Nadu has extended the deadline for registered persons to submit FORM GST ITC-01. This form is for those who became eligible to claim input tax credit under section 18(1) of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, during July, August, and September 2017. The new deadline for submission is now October 31, 2017. This extension is issued under section 168 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 40(1)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
